William J. Martiner is managing partner of VenturePM LLC, in Philadelphia PA. He has over 18 years of experience working with startup technology companies, the largest names in publishing and world-class banks. Beginning his career in software development, he is the author of two programming and software design books. As an alumnus of the Wharton School of Business and Penn Engineering masters programs who also holds PMI’s advanced Program Management Professional certification (PgMP), his more recent focus has been achieving organizational goals through integrated strategy, technology and project/program management.
